Beach Bungalow is just steps to the ocean, it is a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo, walk to beach, see ocean from balcony, condo has heated pool, BBQ grill and picnic tables, this unit is walking distance to everything, Ron Jon surf shop, the Cocoa Beach Pier, ice cream parlor, put put golf, shopping and restaurants. You will love this unit. Safe and quite area. Close to Disney and other attractions, Kennedy Space Center only 20 minutes away

Wonderful location for walking to the beach and restaurants. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The condo was great with newer appliances; dishwasher, full size stove and refrigerator with ice maker. All of the people at the rentals were very friendly. The owners answered any questions almost immediately. Would highly recommend this rental, we didn’t want to leave !

We have stayed in Cocoa beach for many years ...Never used VRBO before this year.
Drastically Over Priced once you add all your fees .
