The location was perfect. Could walk to everything in Valletta. Shower was good.
Nothing that can be changed. Sometimes you can hear the neighbours but thst is due to the building.

The location is excellent, grocery shop and a really good restaurant just across the street, 2 min walking distance from the city centre, where there is a loads of coffee shops, restaurants, shops, and everything you need to see in Valletta.
Communication with the host was excellent, available for additional questions, everything done via whatsup, keys available in the key box, kind and quick answers and support.
Mainly: it was not clean, lets put aside the fact that the furniture in the living room sure needs to be changed, but for a couple of days its ok, if the place has been cleaned up properly I would not mention it.
The bathroom needs full reparation and it needs a lot more cleaning.
We had cockroaches in the bathroom and living room, supposedly there is a big infestation on Malta and it is a common thing, nevertheless it is not very pleasant.

Location, value for money
Complex requirements for separate rubbish disposal and only a single bin provided; was puzzling using the appliances - trial and error with hot water, washing machine and oven to work with, I mean it is all there, you just need to know that there is like a separate “main” switch to turn on before for the power “to flow” to that particular appliance. Just pressing the “start” button on the washing machine won’t do the job.
Having hotel grade disposable/single use slippers would be great since the floor is cold and tiled and either one must bring their own or stay with their shoes on all the time. Unpleasant existing a shower.
Gas stove - no matchbox or lighter to be found. If you’re not a smoker be prepared.
Lastly and not necessarily a negative point, but bear in mind that It is a three story house and only a single sofa bed is on the ground floor, so might not be a good choice for a person with physical disability.
