3 BR/2 BA- Quiet South end of Fort Myers Beach.

Rented the end of June. Condo is very well laid out with plenty of room and bedrooms were perfect for our group of 5. Very quiet (no noisy neighbors) and clean. Pool is bigger than most in the area and was never crowded. Short block and a half walk to the beach, which is very private and quiet. The shells were beautiful! Owner has several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a couple of different sized coolers to use in a storage until on 1st floor so don’t have to lug upstairs. Property owner (Vito) is very responsive - we had questions about the TV and text him at 9pm and he called us right away. He was also very accommodating with check in - we arrived around 10am and he allowed us to enter early as the property was cleaned and ready to go. We will definitely be renting again and suggest to all of our friends.

We had a fantastic time in fort Myers beach. The only issues we had were out of the hosts control. There was construction on the beach. This was disappointing. We couldn't walk very far down the beach in either direction. Also, the locals in our building were very grouchy and unfriendly. We definitely were not welcome by the pool.

Vito was a great host and was helpful throughout. The property was lovely and the unit was clean. Thank you for a lovely stay! Will be back next year !

We loved the location, the condo in general, and the pool. Unfortunately our feet were very dirty/ black after just a few steps inside without socks (floors were not clean and needed mopped/ cleaned badly so we were forced to were socks/ socks + shoes inside). There was no extra toilet paper (only had the fresh roll in the main bathroom and half a roll in the master bathroom), no extra paper towels (only had half a roll and that ran out fast), the tiniest amount of hand soap in the main bathroom and no extra (that ran out the first day), no extra pillow cases for the extra pillows and no dishwasher detergent. The towels were very musty smelling like they hadn’t been dried all the way and the queen bedding in one room didn’t appear to be washed that well. If we would have known we needed all the supplies we would have bought them at Walmart on our way in so we found that extremely disappointing and frustrating. Wasted time rewashing towels and finding solutions to everything listed above but the condo overall was a cool place and great location. Vito is also a very nice guy! Would stay again but I really hope these supply issues and cleaning are not a problem in the future.
