Wonderful location, minutes away from everything! A few blocks from Cordova Mall, and all the shopping and restaurants. Three Bedroom, Two and 1/2 Bath House with 2350 sq. ft. Whether visiting Pensacola for work or play, this house is perfect. 20 mins. from Pensacola Beach, 10 mins. from Historic Downtown Pensacola, 4 mins. to Cordova Mall or Sacred Heart Hospital, and 20 mins. from NAS. The neighborhood has the best of both worlds, as it is quiet, residential, but only a few blocks away from shopping and restaurants galore. The space is ideal for families or corporate, long-term guests. This house was great for us having 4 adults and two small children. Having the convenience of town and within minutes of the bay or Gulf was so nice. House was clean and cool, beds slept good, quiet neighbors and the laundry room, was nice to have clean clothes heading back to Kentucky. Would definitely rent again. Easy to communicate with and very responsive! 🏖🦀🐟

Several kitchen utensils and cutting board were dirty w/dried on food. The blow dryer’s handle was filthy dirty so I would recommend really cleaning these items b4 your next guests arrive. The gas grill was also completely rusted out so we forgo grilling. The place was otherwise clean. Location was good as it didn’t take us long to venture over to Ft Pickens beach area or downtown Pensacola.
