THE SPACE
Guests will access the charming beautiful home from the front door steps away from Magnolia Avenue. Please use the street to park any vehicles during your stay. The front door has a digital keypad that you will use with the provided 4-digit code to check-in.
Upon entering the house you will find an inviting living room with original hardwood floors, a large Pottery Barn sectional, two armchairs, a coffee table with reading material, and a large wall-mounted smart TV with all the popular streaming apps you'll need.
You will also find a built-in workspace great for those who need to work from home accompanied by fast high-fiber internet and a comfortable leather office chair. On the shelves, you will find board games to use with friends and family.
We provide a large wooden dining table with extension leaves so that 6-8 people can gather around for meals or board games.
Right off the living room is the large spacious kitchen great for cooking. We provide basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, basic bakeware, basic cooking ingredients, blender, barware, flatware, utensils, kettle, Keurig, and kettle. There is a small dinette table by the window overlooking the backyard. Appliances include stainless steel fridge and freezer with an ice machine, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. We provide water and some snacks for you to enjoy.
Also off the living room or down the hallway from the kitchen are the three guest bedrooms and bathroom. The hallway has plenty of closet storage for you to use.
The first guest room overlooks the backyard equipped with Pottery Barn blackout curtains, a queen bed, a smart Haiku fan, and accompanying nightstands with lamps and charger blocks. The room also has a spacious closet with hangers.
The second guest room also overlooks the backyard equipped with Pottery Barn blackout curtains, two twin beds, a nightstand, a lamp, a large white dresser, a smart Haiku fan, and a large closet with hangers.
The third guest room has views of Magnolia Avenue equipped with Pottery Barn blackout curtains, a queen bed, an armoire, and an ample-sized closet.
The newly renovated bathroom has a granite vanity with drawer storage. Behind the mirror, you will find additional shelf storage. There is a deep soaking tub with a shower head as well. Basic toiletries are provided so you can travel lightly.
Please enjoy central air conditioning and heating throughout the house. Temperature can be controlled with the dials found in the hallway.
Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and volleyball can be used by our guests to enjoy at Pensacola Beach which is only 10 minutes away. Don’t forget to check out other favorites like Johnson Beach, Navarre Beach, Fort Pickens, or Perdido Keys.
Guests can also enjoy fresh grapefruit from the three large trees found on the property. The only shared space (if the suite on the property is booked) is the large fenced-in backyard. The backyard faces Texar Bayou which provides serene water views during your neighborhood walks.

I am very grateful for the host Brittany. She helped me when I discovered I’d sign up for the wrong weekend. She changed my reservations to accommodate my family while we were in town for my uncles memorial. When I discovered my mistake, within minutes she checked availability and changed my dates. During this sad time, our stay was hassle free. I’m forever grateful.

My wife and I enjoyed a week here recently visiting family in the area. The home is well furnished and comfortable. The built in desk area in the living room was especially appreciated as we were working while on the road and the internet was fast and reliable. East Hill is a fabulous neighborhood and the home is convenient to just about anything you'd want to do in P'cola. We travel with our two dogs so our main complaint was there is another unit on the property so you may share the back yard with other dogs. There is also no access to the backyard directly from the interior. You have to go out the front door and around to gates on either side. Not much fun if its raining. We like to cook a lot so the kitchen could use a refresh on the pots and pans. The non stick skillets are worn and not really usable. A casserole dish and a toaster would be a nice addition too as would a broom and dust pan. Towel hooks or a towel bar in the bath for wet towels would be helpful as well. Brittany, the host, was very responsive and easy to reach. We would definitely consider this home in the future.
