This condo has been meticulously maintained and updated.
Located on the beach at 99th St., you'll see beautiful sunsets over the bay from each bedroom and watch the ocean waves roll in from the balcony.
This is a two level unit. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds with new mattresses. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with brand new mattresses. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa bed. Six adults would be a tight squeeze; however a mix of adults and children work just fine.
*Please note that both full baths are located inside the bedrooms, so guests will need to pass through the bedrooms to use the bathrooms.
Everything you need is provided to you, including: linens and towels, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer.
Need to keep in touch with the office? We provide free wifi to keep you connected.
For beach enjoyment we have beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, towels, and sand toys in our locker located on the ground level.
Come on down to the Eastern Shore to enjoy this beautifully situated, super-clean home away from home.

Overall this property was excellent! We have stayed in multiple different places over the years and this has been our favorite. Everything was exactly as described! Views were amazing! It could have been a tad cleaner but definitely a lot better than some other places I have stayed. We enjoy this condo very much and look forward to possibly renting it again in future years!

Please note: the 50 for parking is cash only so plan ahead.The condo was clean updated and had everything we needed.What we didn’t like- 1: both bedrooms faced the bayside which means all you heard was coastal highway traffic and the lights were bright. 2: only stairs to access the beach so don’t even bother with a wagon or beach trolly. 3: it is 2 floors, so not conducive for families with children. The bedrooms are on separate floors.With that being said it is not a condo we would choose again. We prefer a different layout for our family. But the owners were wonderful and the co do was clean and updated. The building was also very clean and well maintained

Pros: Excellent unit with amazing views and it’s very clean. Usually we have to figure out all the things we forgot but it has everything!! It’s close to all the necessities and fun while being in the area we love, the family area. The grocery store (acme), 711, and wine rack are literally within walking distance. We discovered the most amazing restaurant, bluefish, this trip (Chinese, Thai, sushi, etc) and we have been to all those countries, it was delicious and down the block!Thoughts: You do have to make your own beds and then strip and wash the linens/towels at the end .. not sure if that’s the norm these days but but as a family of 5 that was a lot of work and I would rather have the option to pay for the service, Our kids were 2, 4 & 7 and managed the stairs just fine but something to consider if your kids aren’t ready. They had 2 gates if needed. Lastly, We explicitly said on day one that the balcony was off limits unless we were with them bc it’s on the 19th floor and it worked out fine but also, something to consider!
