About this house rental

Enjoy your stay in an 'A' frame home with an open floor plan that sits on a large partially wooded lot. It has a spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay and has unlimited things to do on the property, and in the local towns. You can enjoy relaxing on the deck or sitting by the waters edge. Cool off in the bay or in the swimming pool. After dinner you can relax by the fire pit and watch the large ships go by. You will leave the northern neck relaxed and ready for the real world! My family had a wonderful Baycation at this home. The house was clean. The shed is stocked full of activities for all ages that kept everyone happy. The pool has a water view. We even saw dolphins. 10 out of 10. We will be coming back to this location.

Fantastic summer get away. Its peaceful, beautiful view, tons of things to do without leaving the property. Inside was clean, had everything you needed. Kitchen was fully stocked so it was easy to make your own meals. Has a gas grill with extra tanks if needed. It even had a smoker you could use. Pictures are 100% accurate (no misleading pictures) I can't say enough good things about this place. check in/out was easy, communication with host was great and timely. Basically this is the way every VRBO should be.

We experienced several tick bites. So bring bug spray (which we used), tweezers, and dawn soap for fast removal. Keep in mind resturants, ice cream shops, and gift shops are only typically open Wed- Sunday or thurs- Sunday.

5th time staying in this lovely home and it's still as charming as the first visit. Great communication and house has pretty much everything you could need for a stay on the Chesapeake Bay.
