About this house rental
This renovated king bedroom duplex pool home is located on a quiet street very close to all restaurants and shops of the Times Square / Pier area. With the beach only 1/2 block away you can have the best of both worlds. Enjoy the peaceful outdoor pool, Tiki Bar and BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grill. Inside, an open concept living area features a living room with a 65 inch flat screen TV, dining area and a fantastic, well equipped kitchen. Rent the second side for a discounted price during slow season and have one large two king bedroom unit. This unit has 2 single sofa beds sleeping 4 if needed.
The King bedroom has a flat screen TV. The couch in the living room folds out to sleep one more people, sleeping 3 total on this side. There is a lock out door which can be open to the other side which sleeps 4 making the whole home sleep 7 total. If you book both sides the second side is half price except during season and holidays.
Sunshine Cove is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests. We furnish, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels and bed sheets.
Early check in or check out can be arranged for $25.00 per hour.

I did not get to go down. I had to reschedule, she's been gracious and kind. I like talking to her. She's extremely helpful.The pictures look beautiful and I cannot wait together in september

Super cute place. Location is perfect. 3 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to Times Square. Felt very safe the entire trip. Parking available. Every morning we walked to a nearby good truck for breakfast, Moms Restaurant. Definitely recommend. The Tiki Bar/pool area in the back yard is very clean and well kept. Communication was wonderful and check in was a breeze. Will stay here again for sure if the opportunity presents itself! We had a wonderful trip!
