Fantastic 11th floor condo on the beach with partial Gulf views from balcony to north & south. Beach walks were enjoyed each day! Sunrises over the bay & sunsets on beach were spectacular Bed was very comfortable for great night sleep. Convenient “home base” for day trips to Marco Island and Sanibel/Captiva. Very well maintained complex with friendly staff, fun guests and helpful owners!

The apartment was comfortable and view was great, bay area view beautiful. No beach rentals and chairs in apartment too small for senior adults. The grounds were beautiful and enough lounges and chairs available. For 3 buildings they really need another pool. We found the pool crowded but very refreshing and clean!!

Nice beach stay, as well as a great pool. The unit was well equipped, and had a comfortable king size bed. Views from the deck were nice and you could see storms coming in and rainbows!Lots to do with the mall right across the street which had: 2 ice cream shops, tiki bar, surf shop, nice clothing stores, coffee, and fantastic Italian restaurant. Farmers market every T/TH. Our favorite restaurants were coconut jacks, Dixie fish, and doc fords.

My daughters and I came down for spring break. Condo location was fine, lots of business are not open yet. The building was still under construction, so lots of noise during the day. The pool was awesome!!
The condo its self needs some updating and it needs a deep clean.
