About this apartment rental
Recently renovated luxury condo in resort style Mediterranean themed complex. Unit has a cottage feel with new driftwood look tile in living area, bath, laundry, kitchen, and foyer. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as newer furnishings. There is dining seating for 6. Beautiful custom periouette blinds in each of the bedrooms. Bedrooms are carpeted. Master bedroom has it's own bathroom with duel vanity and shower. The bathroom for the 2nd bedroom has a shower and tub combination. In the kitchen you will find all standard appliances including dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave oven. Kitchen is supplied with basic amenities- pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc. On your balcony you will find 2 casual rocker/swivel chairs with ottomans and a side table. Also 2 swivel balcony high chairs and balcony high table for those times that you may want to eat outside. Walking distance to all beach related activities, restaurants, pier, fishing, shopping, etc! After a fun day In the area you can relax on your private 11th floor balcony overlooking the bay, or maybe relax at the waterside pool area and watch the boats as they quietly pass by.

Great location with a easy walking distance to many restaurants, marina and pier. Beach right across the street. Condo was super clean and included towels, linens and well appointed kitchen. Wonderful pool and great view from the large 11th floor balcony.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Clearwater Beach, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you would need to feel like you’re at home. The condo was immaculately clean and maintained.
The Owners responded immediately to any questions we had and were very welcoming we would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Beachy yet sophisticated decor makes the condo feel both welcoming and relaxing. Our favorite thing to do is to sit on the balcony and watch dolphins, kayakers, paddle boarders and boats on the inter coastal. The condo is equipped with everything you need....including a Wine fridge so you can enjoy cocktails on the balcony. Mike and Shannon are the perfect hosts. Looking forward to future stays!
