Guests will have access to the entire resort. Parking is free but a parking pass must be placed on the dashboard.

LAUNDRY FACILITY: Guest laundry is available on site. Machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.
The Neighborhood:
Beachside neighborhood with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all *right there*. Don't even need a car.
Getting Around:
Everything is walkable.
Other Things to Note:
This unit is a private unit at a resort. We manage only a select few units here, all top tier and well taken care of. As a result, we have zero control over any of the amenities outside of the unit.
⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.
🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

The view of the Bay from the unit was breathtaking. The ceiling fan in the master is very low and I actually hit it with my hand by accident and broke my wedding ring. That is the only complaint we have.

The unit was exactly as described! Beautiful view, comfortable and spacious, clean, and excellent location! Within walking distance to shopping, the pier, and restaurants, as well as easy access to the causeway. The 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, allowed us each to have our own space and privacy. Anytime we had a question, the managers were quick to respond, kind, and helpful. The warm pool and lounge chairs were a nice bonus! Would definitely rent again!
