Naprosto skvělé ubytování. Ještě před příjezdem volala velmi milá paní recepční, jestli jsme v pořádku obdrželi kód ke dveřím apartmánu a informovala nás o možnostech parkování. Apartmán velmi prostorný, čistý a skvěle zařízený. Kompletně vybavená kuchyně. Vřele doporučuji.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, vrij nieuw appartement met 4 losse goede bedden en wasmachine.

Wij hadden bericht gestuurd dat we later wilden inchecken. Bij aankomst was alles uitgestorven en hebben we de beheerder gebeld (en die sliep al). Is wel dezelfde avond nog opgelost. Bericht werd 2 dagen later gelezen. Meteen achter appartement zitten verschillende bedrijven. Aanloop personeel en vrachtwagens. Vol levendigheid en geluid. Wij hebben er geen last van gehad maar het ging wel de hele dag door. De aansluiting van de douche was half af. De hemelwater kop was nog niet aangesloten.

Vřelé přivítání, téměř rodinná atmosféra, krásná lokalita. Prostorný, vkusně a moderně zařízený apartmán, čistý, útulný, možnost posezení venku v uzavřeném dvoře vyzdobeném zelení a květinami. Personál úžasný, mohu jedině doporučit, v noci naprostý klid. Velmi ráda se budu vracet

Aparthotel Brokes is well situated at Albrechtice district Usti nad Orlici. Apartment is well equiped, and provides comfortable stay for a weekend get away.

The booking was made for 4 beds apartment, but I was asked if I don't mind to move to the two beds apartment, because there is also booking for someone else expected for a weekend. As I agreed, but I didn't know, a cleaner who came two days later at 8 o'clock in the morning, opened the door and asked me to leave immediately, as she already cleaned two beds apartment and doesn't want to come back to clean after my stay. Then, I had to almost fight with her, when she tried to get into the flat to remove the bedding for me not to use the bed. I had to insist to have at least half an hour to pack my personal belongings. Cleaner took off leaving her hoover. After I changed the flats, I was told I am paying only for a bed in the flat not for an apartment, which was confirmed by the landlord Mr. Brokes. Another fight was about the bedding of the second bed, at two beds studio flat, where I was told only to use one bed. A few days later I was given a bedcover by the owner to cover the other bed, to keep it clean. Which left me disrespected and humiliated. Well, I hadn't only stayed at the flat that wasn't booked, but got awful specification of renting a bed not an apartment. The washing mashine at the 4 bedroom apartment was also dirty, just as my experience from the two beds studio flat, keeping my statement up to date, my cleaning services are not part of the rentals.
