Lokalizacja w miarę ok, czystość, parking mały ale jest.
-Wielkość pokoju, to porażka, tak samo, jak brak lodówki czy podstawowych przyborów do zrobienia posiłku (nóż, widelec, talerz, jakieś naczynie na przegotowaną wodę, o kuchence nie wspomnę). -Skosy wszechobecne, żeby się wysikać, musiałem zginać głowę - Okno "za" łóżkiem, czyli żeby je otworzyć lub odsłonić/zasłonić roletę trzeba przejść/być na łóżku. - wspólna lodówka - dodatkowa opłata 8zł na miejscu (chyba podatek miejski) moim zdaniem, to scam, wszystkie opłaty powinny być doliczone do ceny pokoju. - widok z okna - na nic (inne domy)
