Notte La Mia Hotel

Location was fantastic, just 5 minutes from main subway system.

“Check in” kiosk was a pain in the butt. The credit card scanner did not work for me, the lady at the desk had to use her machine for me to pay . I watched as other people were getting frustrated with the kiosk as well.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located near Busan Station. Check-in was easy, and we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

The location is not bad near the train station but a bit far to visit the other parts of the city. The size of the room and bathroom Shower gel and shampoo provided TV with few English channels Quite well soundproofed

The awful breakfast. Unbelievable for this standard of hotel. No choices, industrial food, very bad. Better to go outside to have a decent breakfast. No free toiletries you have to buy them at the machine at the reception floor

We liked that the location was close to the train station and we had convenient access to the subway and buses. We liked the bathroom with the separate toilet room from the shower and tub and individual vanity.

We didn't like the bed, it was hard and uncomfortable. We had a difficult time switching our room to be made up so we felt as though we had to check in every day to get new towels and water. We also needed to check in early because of our previous check out and the facility made us pay an extra 30,000KRW but then when our schedule changed and we needed to check out a day early, the hotel would not provide us a discount or a credit on our account for future use.
