The Location is very convenient for Travel within the City and with the KTX. Our room was very spacious and nice.

The breakfast has to be booked separately, is cheap, but very basic.

Spacious room. Comfortable beds with great quality linen. Big bathroom with separate toilet and sink area which was good since we were a family in the room. Location is near to the station and some great shabu shabu restaurants. There are numerous convenience stores around the area. Staff were friendly on front desk and tried hard to communicate with us in English. There is a microwave in reception if you wish to reheat food or delivered food.

The breakfast was poor, desolate dining room, poor choice. Rice, eggs and sausages were room temperature. It may be cheap, but it is not even worth the cheap price. Head over to the station for a range of fresh pastries and coffee for the same or an even lower price. It’s a real shame since the Dining room is big, it needs some pictures, more subtle lighting, a more engaged staff member and some hot food.

We liked that the location was close to the train station and we had convenient access to the subway and buses. We liked the bathroom with the separate toilet room from the shower and tub and individual vanity.

We didn't like the bed, it was hard and uncomfortable. We had a difficult time switching our room to be made up so we felt as though we had to check in every day to get new towels and water. We also needed to check in early because of our previous check out and the facility made us pay an extra 30,000KRW but then when our schedule changed and we needed to check out a day early, the hotel would not provide us a discount or a credit on our account for future use.
