If you like a peaceful vacation near the sea, this house is the perfect for you. Holiday house is placed in a small village named Rtina, between the town of Zadar and the island of Pag. The place is located only 25 km away from Zadar. The main features of this place are definitely sun and the sea. The holiday house is spacious and comfortable for relaxation.
There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room/dining/kitchen, hall. Each bedroom has a double bed for two and a sofa bed for one person. Every bedroom has bathroom with hair dryer. Towels and linen included. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and all dishes needed for cooking. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned and have sat TV. Free parking on site and free WiFi. From commodious terrace you can enjoy in a panoramic view on the sea and beautiful sunsets.

Distance to the grocery store is 3000 m. The beach is 70 m. Closest restoran from April to October is 70 m.
Rtina is near four national parks: Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes, Kornati and Krka, what enables various opportunities for trips and active vacation.
You can visit the island of Pag (connected by bridge) and try the famous Pag cheese. Visiting Zadar, town founded by the ancient Romans, is also an interesting trip.

The house is very spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It was a pleasure to spend a holiday there. The beach is not in my style (I prefer a natural beach with a possibility to use a shade) but thanks to COVID (a few people) this beach was also pleasant. The surrounding area offers several very nice places to visit within a radius of 20 km. An overall impression - a very nice, quiet holiday.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist einfach spitze und man hat aus jedem Raum Meerblick. In fußläufiger Entfernung befinden sich 3 Restaurants die ich alle sehr empfehlen kann.
Ich denke wir werden sicher noch einmal dieses Ferienhaus mieten.
