House Rose with Garden and Pool

The villa is spacious and very clean. While it isn't overly modern, everything was well suited for our needs. The hosts are very friendly and helped us whenever we needed anything. The terrace and pool were great, especially for the kids!

Minor downsides include the fact that one of the bedrooms is unrenovated and lacks a wardrobe, nightstands, and adequate power outlets (it only has a single socket). The bathrooms could also use an update. Good to know: a deposit was required upon arrival, which wasn't mentioned on Booking.com. Another aspect worth mentioning is that you share the villa with the hosts, so you need to keep the noise down after 11 PM—though this wasn't an issue for us.

A very nice and relaxing property in the country side, minutes from beaches and life's necessities. Hosts are friendly and welcoming, Jozo and Vite helped us out with the dishwasher that malfunctioned; it was fixed promptly and expertly. An awesome salt-water pool that is a great enjoyment during evenings, especially for the kids. A very nice terrace as well, if you can tolerate mosquitoes. A decent value for a nice property in the countryside.

The local beach in Ljubac is not a very good one, once you enter the water. But there are great beaches within a 30 minute radius from the property.

Ivan is very friendly. Ivan really cares about making sure the guests are happy
