Vintage oceanfront condo on the third floor with private balcony and ocean views! Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony overlooking the water! Private access to beach, fishing pier, community pool and complex laundry facilities!
*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through February 13th, 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Bed #2: In the living room there is a sleeper sofa and mounted Roku TV.

After hours check in was a breeze! We feel like we had the best view from our condo! The owners left us a welcome packet with all the info we would need. WiFi worked great. Laundry room was super clean. Loved the beach and pool. Very family friendly and peaceful. We were there for the All Star baseball weekend at Shipyard Park. It was amazing as well! Best vacay ever! Can’t wait to return! We did forget the kids nightlight. But, hopefully it will be useful for families to come! We visited some cool places while we were there as well. Jacks Cosmic Dogs was neat. We did Top Golf. Crumbl Cookies. And lots more! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

For over 30 years we have stayed in the sea cabins whenever we can get there. The most important things for us are to have easy, walkable access to the beach and to have a nice balcony to enjoy the scene and good people around us. Good places to eat are within blocks or short drives. The Sea Cabins are not necessarily 'luxurious' but are super comfy and enjoyable. We did have a maintenance issue this time (very rare occurrence) and they responded as soon as possible. Island Realty Office is the BEST and the BEST place to rent a Sea Cabin. I wish ALL owners would go through them, as they are wonderful to work with...I have had to rent a couple of times through others...not as good. I do have one suggestion for the owner of this particular cabin...please put a couple of high chairs out on the balcony for viewing...and a table to accommodate. I would rent this particular cabin all of the time, if those were added to the balcony. If you want the greatest trip to the beach (and it doesn't break the bank), stay with Island Realty in a Sea Cabin!

The unit was awesome, clean, great view, very well decorated and equipped. I would rent it again (even having to navigate the stairs. The traffic on Saturday was horrendous and my brother from Mt Pleasant couldn't get on the island and my friend near Wild Dunes couldn't get off Waterway. The rain on Sunday slowed down the crowds and we had out visits.

I wanted to get away and enjoy some time at the beach. My must haves were a balcony and an ocean view. The sea cabin has nice decor. I always arrive too late to make it to the office for check in but it’s never been a problem.
