This beautifully remodeled riverfront home is just what you need for your vacation 'base camp.' Play hard all day, then come home and relax in your cabin on the majestic Kern River. Listen to the river flow day and night as it puts you into a deep and restful sleep. This home has been meticulously rebuilt by the owners who have spent more than 30 years in this recreation mecca. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is very comfortable and functional and offers a full service kitchen which opens onto a great room. This area has plenty to offer for the avid adventurer/nature lover, most of which can be accessed right out the back door. Relax and enjoy the back deck overlooking the Kern with your favorite beverage and a good book.

We booked a last minute spring break to to Kernville, with a central event of a full day rafting trip. It was our first trip to the Kern river as life long Californians. We were so happy to find this gem to make our base camp. The home was perfect for our family of four, all the basic necessities, clean, and beautiful property. We would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you!
