About this house rental
Peace & Quiet is what draws us to Kernville! Natural wood burning fireplace to relax with your family, fish the river, take nature hikes and enjoy snow in the winter! Garage contains River Rat River Tubes and pump for your enjoyment! We have Two Spacious patios for taking in the mountain air and watching our favorite deer family hang out in our backyard at night! Well, you might also see our family of Bears!
In Kernville Town Center, you can take a Leisurely stroll at Riverside Park and pop into one of the many shops for artisanal crafts, antiques, and one of a kind gift ideas. Take a break for a bite at any one of Kernville’s local hotspots:

EWING’S: Fine dining on the bluffs overlooking the river. Amazing views.

Compact but spacious property on a quiet and affluent street: can sleep many comfortably and feed them well. We easily cooked for 10 on stove and barbecue.
There's no coffee grinder (doesn't claim to have one but that was a problem for me - I brought beans).
An issue with the alarm system was solved quickly; but I had to go across the road for AT&T cell signal to report and solve. Once I was signed into the WiFi there were no phone issues. I would suggest providing the WiFi password in the move-in instructions for this reason.
We would choose this property again for a large group.

We have been visiting Kernville for many years, and this hour was one of our best stays. The neighborhood and the location overall were perfect. We were amazed at the welcoming energy of the house. Thank you!!!

The location and the cabin was beautiful. The owners were very responsive and helped answer our questions.
