1 Queen size bed, 1 high end full size futon, blow up twin, (SORRY, WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING/PILLOWS OR TOWELS) leather chairs,
table and chairs, modern bathroom with shower.
2 - Smart TVS, WIFI, Roku, Full Kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, sliding glass door to full size deck with high top deck furniture and gas grill. 56 foot dock with table and chairs. Boat or pontoon rental on site.
Lake shore fire pit. Summer or winter.
Private dock (pull out for winter EARLY October)
2 Canoes/Paddle Board/Kayak free of charge
Boat trailer parking area.
Very nice shared common beach area with raft.
Fish cleaning house with running water and freezer (closed in the winter)
Ice fishing: - tip up fish out the front door!!
Over 6000 acres of water & land recreations right out the front door! Snowmobile trail right out the door too!
Crappie & pan fishing is awesome!
