This property is located in a private community with a care taker on the property. The neighbours really appreciates the privacy of their own homes. Please keep walks and other activities with in the property This is a very secluded enormous home.

Property was clean and definitely set up to house a large group of people. Some of the interior is a bit run down with cracked paint and a section of the floor had tape and a carpet on it though it felt completely safe to walk on. All the beds listed were there. The kitchen was well stocked with serving ware, cooking items, and personal plates and silverware. The layout of the house was confusing to start. There are two separate upstairs and it took a bit of time to find the upstairs that is behind a set of doors. The upstairs shower has 2 curtains that meet in the middle and is a bit of a challenge for smaller adults to get in and out of. This space would not be good for someone with walking difficulties as many of the rooms are up or down stairs or at least a step or two. There are multiple dens and made it nice for different parts of our group to engage in smaller groups to play cards, play pool or watch TV. The grand piano is in the main front room of the house and is very loud. Thankfully those in our group who played are very good. The piano keys can be closed and this might be important to groups with smaller children. Overall, I recommend this space for people in a large group and we enjoyed our stay in the house. I would definitely bring my group here again if I travel to this area.

Location is great! The kids enjoyed the game room , playing pool and the hot tub. The house is big and can sleep a lot of people. It has a big kitchen which is great for family meals. It is an older home and could use some updates.

We are a non profit for combat wounded veterans and adaptive skiing at Snowbird. This house is perfect for our group. Close by the resort and many beds for our vets. Perfect location for our adaptive skiing.
