Cinnamon Hill is located in Catherineberg considered to be the most beautiful and sought after neighborhood on St. John. Newly completed in 2013, this 4 bedroom villa is nestled high above Cinnamon Bay with breathtaking unobstructed views of Francis bay, Jost Van Dyke and Tortola. This North Shore location provides a private place to rest and relax among a lush tropical landscape with cool breezes throughout the year. The villa is located approximately 4 miles from Cruz bay (15 min. Drive) along the St. John Head National Park Road. Though the road is graded and mostly paved, the driveway is steep and a four wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
The stucco house blends seamlessly into the hillside and offers the most stunning views you’ll ever experience. The two-story home consists of a rich mahogany/cypress vaulted ceiling with an airy open floor plan for living and dining and 4 bedrooms. Every room is impeccably decorated with the highest quality furnishings and intertwined with local artist décor. The modern gourmet kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and innovative accessories. All 4 bedrooms are identical with t with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans and private patio. Stepping outside, enjoy comfortable lounging and alfresco dining in the expansive covered pavilion with outdoor kitchen overlooking the zero edge pool. On the Garden/Pool Level, enjoy the shady pavilion plus a sundeck complete with spa and chaise lounges.
Cinnamon Hill is a rare opportunity for the most discriminating guests and tends to be reserved frequently, so plan ahead to book your stay at one of St. John’s most spectacular homes. This house is not recommended for wheelchairs or small children as there are open staircases and cable railings throughout.

Exceptions are made only for infants; if sleeping in a baby crib, they are not included in the villa's total count.

• Rental car required (3 miles on Centerline Road to the turn off to National Park and then one mile down National Park Road to home)
• Nearest beach—1 mile down the St. John Head road to Cinnamon Bay
• Nearest grocery store— 3 miles from home is Dolphin Market located on Centerline Road
• Cellular phone service is available throughout the island but at the home, the reception picks up the British Virgin Island cellular tower so international rates apply.

Our stay at Cinnamon Hill did not disappoint. The pictures shown on-line are real. The views from this property are amazing. The property itself is beautiful as well. The design was well thought out and it has everything you could possibly need for a stay on St John. We would definitely come back to this property. The owner communicated timely and answered any question I had - We were even provided a book on St John and a welcome meal which was especially nice after a day of traveling. There are lots of special extra touches like this with this property which made the stay even more special. I hope I get to return here one day.

I’m not even sure how to begin conveying how great this house was. We were traveling with friends who had never been to St. John, and it was great to give them such an introduction. On an island of great views, this home really captured the best of open water, lumpy islands and lush greenery all the way down to cinnamon bay. At night the lights on the boats moored off Maho and Francis sparkled for magical effect. You could see the peak of a roof top here or there, but no roads or power lines which made it feel very remote. The house itself is impeccably maintained and larger than the pictures convey. 7 of us enjoyed privacy as well as communal spaces and loved the flow from the downstairs pool area, to the very large covered upper lounge area. The bedding was so comfortable it was like the gravity was on high … just didn’t want to get out. The furniture and home showed no signs of wear. All the usual beach amenities were provided, including a cart for chairs that became a table, which was super handy, and an ice maker that really cranked out the ice. In fact we did not purchase a single bag of ice all week. The kitchen was also exceptionally equipped. The road up and down is now largely paved and more adventurous than challenging. Though narrow, only once did we encounter another vehicle and it was easily negotiated. Having stayed in many locations on island, this area is now hands-down favorite. Close enough to conveniences, but far enough to feel “away”. Also the owner and on-island staff were very accommodating and flexible. From our initial reservation through our entire stay Cinnamon Hill provided to be wonderful experience.

My family vacationed at Cinnamon Hill in August of 2017! This villa has the most amazing views, from every room! (Although my favorite view was from the middle of the infinity pool!) The living spaces are so well thought out that my architect husband was in awe! The welcome dinner was perfect....hat's off to Chef Faye for her excellent meal preparation. We provided a grocery list to the concierge in advance of our visit. I am missing the incredible sound system in the villa now that I have returned home! This place has it all (including not one, but two washer and dryers!) The tropical landscaping is beautiful! I took picture after picture of the beautiful flowers...and smelling the ginger blossoms was heavenly! The papaya tree placement on the vista view is perfection! I must have 100 photos of the view with that tree! Thank you Sharon for renting out your piece of heaven! We hope to return soon! We originally selected this place because of the pictures on the VRBO listings! The pictures don't give this place justice....we decided this was the villa to rent for our stay when we saw the 100% 5 Star Reviews with the photos. This villa is a real gem!
