Villa Sanctuary is only minutes from town -- yet this beautifully-designed sprawling estate is a world unto itself. Explore the secluded beach just steps from the villa, and take a dip in the calm, turquoise Caribbean waters. You’ll feel as if you have the bay to yourself! Relax poolside during the day, and star gaze from the hot tub each night. The house has an open-concept modern kitchen, a spacious living room with comfortable seating and all four bedrooms boast ocean views. Villa Sanctuary is discreetly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, providing plenty of privacy. If you’re looking for company, St. John’s bustling port town, Cruz Bay, is an easy 5 minute drive away.

With its beautiful stonework, and lush gardens full of fragrant flowers, fruit trees, and sugar birds, Villa Sanctuary is an idyllic retreat. The estate enjoys dazzling panoramic views of Monte and Rendezvous Bays. Down a short stone pathway is a pebble beach where you can snorkel, paddle board and kayak at your leisure. Equipment is available through St. John Concierge Service (see below). If you charter a boat, we can also arrange to have the boat pick you up and drop you off here just as long as you don't mind to swim out! Prefer to sunbathe by the pool or hot tub? The deck is equipped with lounge chairs. The villa has multiple terraces with seating and tables, which are an excellent spot to listen to the waves over an al-fresco cocktail.

The interior boasts high ceilings, and a light and airy color palette. The décor combines coastal luxury with the comforts of home. The spacious living room has plush leather furniture you’ll love sinking into. Between the flat screen TV and the entertainment center stocked with DVDs, books, cards, and board games, this room promises to keep everyone entertained. The modern open-concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and seating for eight at the dining room table. There’s a washer/dryer on site for your convenience.

All four Air-conditioned bedrooms have unobstructed ocean views and updated bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom #1 -- called the King Suite -- is a private guest cottage, separate from the house, with its own patio. Even the shower has a view of the sea! Bedroom #2, attached to the main house, also comes with a king-sized bed, a beautiful arched ceiling, and a shower complete with an ocean view. Bedrooms #3 and #4 feature a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and beds that can be made into king-sized or twins. They share an expansive ground floor terrace, making these rooms ideal for children or adults.
