Apartment and location we very good

Accommodation booked for 6 .... 4 adults and 2 children.... not 2 couples 4 adults. We had to buy a blow up bed as only bedding for 5. One single bed in 2nd room the base was broken on the other one so had to move it out and put the mattress on the floor. Had to sweep floors with broom as both vacuum cleaners didn't work. Maintenance man looked at them both of them but couldn't fix them.

The location was perfect for us because we have family in the same area. It is close to shops and public transport. The access instructions were very good and easy to use. The unit has all facilities you would expect and is in a quiet location.

The unit had not been cleaned properly. The carpet needed vacuuming. The bathroom floor was dirty - a line of hairs etc visible at the floor edges. The verandah floor was dirty. Several bulbs needed replacing. There were only 2 windows in the unit and both had broken handles. The tv remote didn’t work. There were pedestal fans with cords trailing cluttering up the space - hardly necessary in winter.
