About this apartment rental
This is an end unit on the top floor of the 2br units with no other condo above you, 7th floor oceanfront with amazing views on one of the quiet and cleanest parts of the beach in jaco. All furniture was purchased new in 2/16. You are right next door to a large casino resort and have access to the pools, restaurants, bars, night club and casino. We have gated private parking on site and additional parking a block away. The unit is 1500 sq feet including the large balcony which offers amazing veiws. There is table seating for 6 outside plue lounge chairs, rocking chairs and a couch to relax on. Getting to town is a simply 10-15 minute walk or $3 taxi ride so no need to have a car. Jaco has dozons of restaurants, bars, surf shops and things to do so no getting board. All rentals that are 1 month or longer exclude cost of electricity. The cost of electricity charges will be added to monthly rents and pro rated for the time you are there. (this only applies to rentals of 28 days or longer) We take pride in constantly upgrading the condo so it maintains a hotel like atmosphere.

Better than advertised. Extremely clean, amazing balcony and very quiet (except the sounds of ocean waves). Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place was as advertised! Clean and spacious, Great views from the balcony with calming sound of the ocean. The kitchen is well stock with appliances and dishes. When i had a question. Richard responded back quickly! The guards and everyone that worked their were very helpful. The guards called for our taxi's and we never waited more minutes. Having Dream Makers handling our excursions was the right move. Door to door service and having Croc's next door was a winner. I plan to to return. Special Thanks To out to Hosts!

This condo at Jaco Beach is amazing!! The photos in the description are spot on!!!Beautiful views from the balcony. Easy access and near all the shops. Highly recommend!!

We spent an extended Labor Day weekend at the condo, and it was exactly what we were looking for! It is located in a quiet area of Jaco, but a very short walk into town. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need including all the kitchen gadgets, pool towels, cooler and camp chairs. The balcony is huge, especially when you compare it to other condo buildings in the area. Having the flexibility to casually relax by the condo pool with our own music and a cooler, or going next door to the casino's pool with music and a bar, was a nice benefit. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely stay again when we return to Jaco!
