Stand-alone 3BR home in beautiful oceanfront subdivision - for families!
Newly renovated. Oceanfront pool!
Very spacious. Back yard with exotic landscaping, complete kitchen, laundry, and the entire neighborhood is oceanfront.
24/7 security with gates and friendly guards. Parking at the home. A short walk into town, but in the private and quiet part of Jaco beach. Lots of wildlife about, with parrots and iguanas in the property.
Our house manager, Milena, will be your concierge for the stay. Need any local tips or assistance with booking - give Milena a call!
Oceanfront gated community
Direct beach access. This community is beach-front with a secure gated fence allowing residents complete access to the beach / ocean.
Community Pool, swim-up bar, rancho, and adult cool-tub.
Small community park adjacent to back yard with tropical fruit trees.
Parking for 2 cars in front of house. Other vehicles may park 35 meters away in guest parking.
Delightful tropical landscaping throughout the property. The name "la flor" means the flower and come see all of the gorgeous flowers we have in our community!
The 3BR house is over 2,000 SF inside of a gated community with 24/7 guards. It features vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows for natural light. The house spaces include:
1) King Bedroom with two balconies
2) Queen Bedroom with 2nd floor patio
3) Kids Bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds total)
-2 "pack and plays" and other children's essentials available
4) 2nd floor patio
5) Living Room with vaulted ceiling
6) Dining Room
7) Full Kitchen
8) Laundry Room (you will have access)
9) Back Yard with Tile Patio
10) Front Yard Patio with Landscaping
NO PARTIES! NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED! We take pride in our community and most of our neighbors are residents. We promote a family atmosphere and hope to be good stewards of our community. Please do not bring any disruptive behavior to the neighborhood. It's a beautiful property and you will have a lot of fun - you can easily explore some of Costa Rica's best natural treasures from here.
Please note that prior to arrival a contract will be sent by the property manager. This is mandatory for all guests to ensure the community rules are understood. Passports/ID's will be required to check-in.
