This newly renovated beachfront condo is located on the fluffy sands of Orange Beach, Alabama. Recently completed renovations provide a clean, updated and fully outfitted condo for your beach vacation. Located at Regency Isle where ammenities are ample and access to the beach, restaurants, shopping and activites are easy and convenient.
The property has both indoor and outdoor pools, grilling and kids play area.
The unit is a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beauty, which sleeps 6 comfortably (including pullout couch). The kitchen has been fully renovated with new cabinets (well stocked), granite counters and updated appliances. The floors in the bedrooms have also recently been updated. The master bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite, with the second bedroom including a queen bed, bunk bed and ensuite. The unit also has a laundry and 1/2 bath.
The huge balcony overlooks the pool and ocean and includes a lounge area for post beach relaxation or an afternoon of quiet reading while you listen to the sound of the ocean.

We're located on a more quiet section of the beach, but still close to restaurants, shopping and activities. The unit faces out to the gulf and beach access is easy.

We stayed 4 nights over Thanksgiving with our granddaughters and the property was as listed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and definitely recommend this property.The pools and hot tub were well maintained and spotless as was the entire property. Clean quiet and spacious not to mention the views. The host was responsive to our needs and a pleasure to deal with. We found the condo fully stocked with whatever you could need to enjoy a trip to the beach.

Lovely condo! Favorite thing was the spacious balcony! Incredible view! Lesley was a great host and prompt with responses and very accommodating! Updated kitchen is well stocked. Having numbered parking is nice. Location is great. Pool is large and property is clean. Would definitely stay there again
