We have just completed a total renovation of the Somerset #807. More photos will follow shortly.
Located at the South end of the Crescent Beach on Marco Island, this is a Direct Beachfront Top Floor Unit with over 1700 square feet. It has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, a Kitchen, a Dining Area, Den, and two Balconies. You can see the sunrise on the rear balcony and a gorgeous sunset on the Beachfront balcony. This unit sleeps a maximum of 5 people. There is High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the Somerset #807and it has 5 TV's, 4 Ceiling Fans, and Telephones throughout with Free Local Calling.
The Master Bedroom has a Kingsdown King Size Bed, a 32-inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player, dressers and Walk-In closet. The large Master Bathroom has a Jacuzzi Soaking Tub and separate Walk-In Shower, dual sinks, closet, and separate vanity area.
The Guest Bedroom has two Extra-Long Twin Size Beds, a 24-inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player and two separate closets. The Guest Bathroom has a Walk-In Shower.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, shaker cabinets, and designer appliances and fixtures including an electric range, air fry oven, and a microwave. There is also a Full-Size Laundry Tower with Clothes Washer and Steam Dryer inside the unit. The Dining room and Living Room Area has a 55-inch Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray Player and a fully equipped Wet Bar. The Den has a Queen Size pull-out Sofa Bed, Computer area with printer, two TV's and a DVD, and Breakfast Area.
Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Cooler, five Bicycles, four sets of Golf Clubs, and Tennis Racquets are available for your use for free!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
RENTAL APPLICATION (AND APPLICABLE FEE): A RENTAL APPLICATION AND APPLICABLE FEE totaling $154.95 which includes a Somerset Application Fee of $150 and a convenience fee of $4.95 MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST TEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE CHECK-IN DATE. OTHERWISE, THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED PER THE SOMERSET CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES WITH NO REFUNDS. Guest will pay the application fee on-line AFTER booking.
RENTALS are typically on a SATURDAY-to-SATURDAY basis.
TURTLE SEASON: Because of Turtle Season During May 1 - October 31 each year, Renters must close all drapes and window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights. The lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtles. The Turtles are endangered and are protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against both the occupant and the owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred.
CONSTRUCTION: Painting of the entire exterior of the Somerset complex along with replacement of windows was completed in early 2025. All painting of our Somerset #807 is complete along with a total renovation of the Condo.
If any construction is necessary at the Somerset complex, it will take place Monday - Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM although management may allow work outside of those days and/or hours on a as needed basis.

All good, appliances excellent, bedding n rooms excellent. Furnitur not comfortable at all, we used. Double cushions n beach towells for short time. The remidel is excellent but living room furniturr is not.

Everything about this condo was fantastic - gorgeous condo, fully stocked kitchen, abundance of beach gear, nothing was lacking. Everything you would expect at home was available there. The owners were wonderful. Thank you for a great week. We hope to be back soon!

We spent three weeks in this condo and there are lots of positives. The view from the 8th floor balcony encompasses the entire beach for a beautiful sunset experience. There is a bonus room with an office and breakfast seating as well as a small balcony on the east side with complete privacy - the east windows for most units open into a public hallway forcing occupants to keep their blinds closed for privacy. All the appliances are new and functional. The apartment is stocked with everything you need including beach toys and towels, sports gear, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils and cookware, and even some bar items. The building exterior is remodeled and exceptionally well maintained. There is reserved covered parking for the unit. We were surprised to discover that the grills use charcoal rather than natural gas. The grill area is well stocked by the building management with supplies including starter fluid, briquets and utensils. If you grill you will return to the unit smelling like smoke, but the food does taste better. Plan dinners accordingly.
There are issues, however. This unit needs to be refreshed. On our arrival there were a dozen spot stains on the carpets in both bedrooms. Several dresser drawers were broken. There are multiple fiber mats in the high traffic areas, but their edges are curled causing a trip hazard (one of our guests fell). The master bathroom shower had mildew up to the second row of tiles (about 12 inches and more than expected even in Florida humidity), but we did find tile cleaner in the supply cabinet. The living room sectional and overstuffed chairs have many sagging cushions and springs. The welcome instructions told us to enjoy HBO, but the subscription had been cancelled. There were no other premium channels and no Roku for streaming. The Hewlett Packard office printer is more than 10 years old; HP no longer supports the driver software to download to your computer. The east sunroom drapes were not functional, and they were held up by two shower curtain rods. We did not ask the local representative or the owners to change anything during our stay.
It’s a beautiful location that would be a definite five star with some refreshing.
