110 Acres next to the Gulf Edgewater Beach Resort is a beautiful, upscale, family friendly resort with many amenities. It is the only full service resort in Panama City Beach. It is a gated resort with a controlled entrance and 24 hour security. The 110 acre resort features 11 swimming pools, including an 11,400 sq foot lagoon pool landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, exotic plants and whirlpools.
There are also 11 tennis courts, 2 golf courses, restaurants on site, jet-ski rental, parasailing, sailing, exercise room, fitness center, convention center, gift shop and beauty salon. There is also a Kidz Klub which features daily activities for children including, golf lessons, tennis lessons, arts and crafts and much more. Edgewater Beach Resort has more than 1000 feet of private Gulf-front. There is a fishing pier extending in to the Gulf nearby.
The Resort is minutes from many great attractions including, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Museum, Great Seafood Restaurants, additional Golf Courses, dinner cruises and Zoo World along with many others. Edgie’s Corner Market, which is located at the base of Tower I, offers a StarBuck’s coffee shop and hand-dipped ice cream as well as other snacks and convenience items. There is even a full-service hair salon located on the property.
If you would like to drive, do not miss the long time favorite restaurants Caption Andersons (great seafood) and Angelo’s Steak House. Both feed hundreds each night with some of the best food anywhere on the coast.
This beautiful decorated, newly furnished 2 King Size Bed, 2 BA unit is ideally located on the 4th floor, high enough for beautiful views of gulf and beach, but low enough to avoid elevator if you wish. And, this unit is located in Tower III which is preferable because it has direct access to entrance gate. All new appliances, ceiling fans and large flat screen TVs with two lazy boy type reclining chairs makes this unit a delight!

This is a beautiful condo. The location is perfect with easy access to parking, the elevator, great wide beach, and pools. The condo is very clean & the furniture & beds are very comfortable. Bring beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, & soap for the bathrooms. We also brought a small cooler for the beach. The property is great with both heated and unheated pools. There are many festive & beautiful waterfalls & hot tubs throughout. Everything is well maintained. The club has a great fitness center open from 7-7pm w/many types of machines in good working order. We used the pickleball and tennis courts as well as the basketball court. We brought tennis rackets and pickleball equipment & they provided the basketball. No additional fees are necessary using the courts or fitness center. Water coolers & cups are readily available. We had pizza by the pool one day from the resort restaurant "Oceans" which was good. A large pepperoni pizza cost 22 was a perfect snack for four. Great bar drinks too!There are a lot of fun things nearby to do. Conservation Park is great w/boardwalks for an evening stroll away from the beach (we took the green 1.7 mile trail). Coconut Family Fun mini golf & maze was great (2 off pp w/coupon from website or coupon booklets from airport), as was Rockit Lanes w/a great arcade & 1/2 games on Tuesdays! Pier Point shops are fun to walk & browse too. Los Rancheros is great Mexican with large portions and reasonably priced across the street.

Great stay! Very comfortable beds and everything was clean! We Love staying at Edgewater. The host were so nice. Loved they had chairs, umbrellas, and toys for guests to use.

Gorgeous views!!! This unit is so perfect! The back patio overlooks the pool and the beach, you even have amazing views from the living room and kitchen! The floorplan was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the in-unit laundry to do a quick small load. We look forward to staying here many times in the future!

This was our first time staying at this unit, and we definitely will be looking at staying at this unit Shan in the future! The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and great ocean views!!Brent was very quick to always respond to any questions I had. They were great at sending information prior to our trip, and giving us helpful info and extra suggestions. We really appreciate the opportunity to stay at this condo, and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Our family had a wonderful time staying here.
