This luxurious two-bedroom villa features an open floor plan with a spacious well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar, flowing seamlessly into dining and living room with 75" Smart TV, with deck overlooking golf or nature preserve views. Ther master bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower with its own access to deck. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. Complimentary WiFi throughout the home.
Get away from it all with the complimentary two adult bikes to explore miles of oak lined pathways. Bike your entire stay! Easy access to Coligny Plaza (home to Frosty Frog, Big Bamboo, shops, restaurants and more), and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park!
The Southwind II community offers a large pool, hot tub, playground, & grills.

- Mandatory one-time fees include resort fee of US$150 (plus tax), a management fee of USD $99, community fee of $99 and cleaning fee of $175 per reservation taken at the time of booking.

- To check-in, bring your valid government-issued photo ID or passport to the front desk in the lobby. The minimum age required to check-in is 25 years old.

Due to the condition of another property previously rented, we found ourselves "homeless". visited this property with the property manager Toni, who was wonderful and very helpful. We were so very impressed and pleased with everything the property offered. Would very much like to return for a longer period next year, 2021, if it can be arranged. 5 star office staff, high five to Ronda.
