About this villa rental
Beautiful comfortable villa with private pool in Sorède - 8 people - 115m2 - quiet residential area - garden 400 m2 - located just 5 minutes walk from the village center. 10 minutes drive to the beaches of Argeles - 4 bedrooms,
2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet.
Relax by the pool, stroll through the Albères hills, or be more active and cycle to the beaches and nearby villages. In the evening you can walk to the village square for dinner or to enjoy a cold beer, meet the people of the village, watch the Catalan dances. Local market 2 times a week with local products.
Will be payable on arrival to the Keyholder:
Security Deposit: 500 €
Obligatory cleaning: 100 €
Bed linen and towels rental possible on site: 15 € per person
For reservations from October to April heating costs will be counted

Excellent outdoor space very dog secure. Execellent location quiet area The only gripe is no intial provision of basic kitchen cleaning equipment and some basic condiments. On arrival the last thing you want to do is not be able to wash up. Happy to then resupply later in week to replace used materials

J ai vue des reportages sur Abritel à la télé. Mais pour ma part. Ne pas en tenir compte. Car à notre arrivée. Tous correspondait à votre annonce. Tres satisfait de notre séjour et vous ferons appel pour la prochaine location. Dans notre entourage je vous recommanderais.

La villa est conforme à l'annonce, l'accueil est parfait et il y a tout pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour !

Dit huis heeft alles. Mooie ligging , complete inrichting, mooi zwembad. De tuin is omheind, huisdieren zijn welkom. Ook de gastvrouw Ida heet je zelf welkom en is heel gastvrij
