Welcome to Oceana villa; a classic Caribbean style 6 Bedroom, 6 1/2 baths home featuring pool, gourmet kitchen, split system a/c's in every room, great views and easy access. Lounge and Dine on the decks as you watch boats pass by or a dazzling sunset.
Rates posted are for 12 persons using 6 BR's, Please advise if lesser number of people or less number of BR's needed. Please inquire for 4 &,5BR rates. You will be the only family in the home - other rooms remain vacant.

Oceana Villa was completed in early 2006, this villa shows off the stone mason’s artisanship. Using a dry stack technique, the native stone is carefully cut and fitted creating walls that make it appear as if no mortar was used in its construction.
As you sit in the Oceana infinity edge pool St. Thomas, framed by the outer cays, completes the horizon. The pool is a healthy 10 X 18 with a maximum depth of 5 feet- plenty of room for vacation fun!
In the foreground, all of Great Cruz Bay and a fleet of sailboats bobbing at their moorings are visible just a stone’s throw away. (Our first guest joked about seeing if she could throw her return airline ticket that far.)
The interior is oriented around a great room with a dramatic cathedral ceiling framed
in cumaru and manchichi, which are beautiful, sustainable tropical hardwoods.
The result is natural elegance, a theme repeated throughout the structure, furnishings and surrounding spaces.
The great room has TV, DVD and stereo. Sound feeds into the spa area, kitchen and decks
off the great room and pool, each with individual volume controls.
While OCEANA is surrounded with all the Caribbean delights St. John has to offer, it was purposely designed as a villa to be stayed in. The great room and kitchen has air conditioning option in case our normally generous trade winds are light, and will make for some truly memorable gatherings. With gourmet level appliances, meals can be prepared or catered to any level of sophistication.
Custom crafted glass and hardwood interior dining tables adjust to seat smaller casual groups or expand for full scale family dining. Outdoor dining on the expansive decks is also an option.
With six air-conditioned bedrooms on two levels, OCEANA accommodates nearly any size group. The villa is child friendly and ideal for multiple generation families with a handicap accessible bath. The upper level has three rooms with king beds, each with separate access. All bedrooms have ocean views.
A four-stage filter provides crystal clear drinking water from every faucet.
Four of the showers are built from native stone and seashells with views to the outdoors.

Jackie was great taking care of us during our ten day stay. My husband and I had been to St. John in 2018 and 2024 and loved it. But, we made very special memories this time as grandparents, with our adult children and young grandchildren. Jackie was waiting for us at the ferry when we arrived and quickly settled us in at the villa. We had a gate closure mishap later the first night, and she came by to help correct the problem. Even after our departure, she was taking care of us. Several items were left behind and she is mailing them back to us. Thank you, Jackie!!

This property is even more beautiful in person than online. We had 2 families in our group. 4 adults and 4 “kids” - ages 7,16 & 20. We had plenty of space for all. And that the grown ups & grown up kids appreciated the privacy that each en suite bedroom provided. The property provided everything we could have needed in terms of beach supplies. We had chairs, floats and beach shade canopy that we used every day. We played cards every night at the games table & the kids learned how to play Euchre! We had a photographer and a rising high school senior in the group. We took her sr photos at Trunk Bay AND the villa. The villa pictures are just as beautiful as the beach shots. The island of St. John is amazing and you will get used to the opposite side of the road driving ( for the Americans reading). I was terrified but it became second nature after a few days. Great stay, wonderful vacation, incredible island , amazing villa, beautiful memories made. What more could you ask for??

We had a fantastic week with friends - this home has fabulous views, great convenient location and is perfect for larger groups. Pics do not do the location or views justice!
