About this apartment rental
Perfect for traveling medical professionals, business travelers and couples. Excellent price for 1300 square feet of private luxury! 55% DISCOUNT off the Nightly Rate is already applied to your Quote for booking inquiries of 30 days or more. Also, our place has one queen bed and is not available for more than 2 persons. (VRBO shows 3 persons & won't let us edit it!) Due to allergies, no exceptions to our “No Pets” policy.
Set in foothills of Colorado Springs, upscale, SAFE neighborhood surrounded by nature & wildlife. 1300 sq ft property is located in lower level of our 3-story home on a quiet cul-de-sac.
Two French door entrances assure privacy in this gorgeous, spacious, bright lower level walk-out separate quarters with 1 bedroom, bath w/private tub & separate shower, very large living room (w/tv for movies, ROKU, Netflix), and eat-in kitchenette. Kitchenette includes small refrigerator, microwave/rotisserie oven, double cooktop, large toaster oven, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, grill-sandwichmaker, hand mixer and dishes, cups, silverware, & cooking utensils.
Private deck with furniture and Weber grill, stunning views overlooking Colorado Springs to the east.
Lots of windows make it bright but darkening shades allow for sleeping. Perfect for night shift medical workers.
Minutes drive to popular restaurants, movie theaters, Chapel Hills Mall and Woodmen Valley Chapel. Park for kids is one block away, hiking & biking trails very close-by. Fishing, rafting, camping all within an hour drive.

The owners provided an excellent guide book for tours, restaurants and other things to do. Hacienda Mexican restaurant is a must! We spent 10 days in Colorado Springs and it couldn’t have been better! It was great coming back to this property and feeling like you were at home for the night after a long day. Highly recommend this location and hope it will be available next Summer on my return!

I spent a month here after moving to CO. The details about this rental stood out to me the most - there were cooking utensils, comfortable bedding, and other thoughtful items which made the space feel like I was staying with friends. DiAnna was welcoming and always actively trying to make the stay even better. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient for getting around the Springs. I would absolutely recommend this rental to my friends and family.

While not listed as a traditional home, this spacious stay feels like a home. A large kitchenette area, expansive living room, large bedroom with a queen bed, and a nice bathroom combine to make this VRBO feel like you've rented a one bedroom home.
A short two-minute drive from I25, the home is centrally located to place you within quick drives to whatever your destination: Garden of the Gods, the Air Force Academy, or the downtown area.
Rest assured that you are renting from wonderful owners who know how to treat guests!! We will return to this locale on our next visit.

My husband and I absolutely relished our time at Rocky Mountain Foothills Serenity. DiAnna really went above and beyond to treat us "royally". From the time we stepped inside, we enjoyed the spacious, luxurious apartment throughout. In the kitchen we found wonderful treats in-line with certain medical dietary guidelines and an extra fun touch for celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We'd rate our stay as exceptional!
