About this house rental
My home is a 2 story house with a basement located in the beautiful northwest part of Colorado Springs. Pet friendly. If you are bringing a pet please let us know in advance. Same day and last minute bookings welcome.
Permit # STR-0013.
* Upstairs is a separate unit, but main floor is shared space for guests.
The space
The space available to you is the entire basement which includes 1 bedroom with a king size bed, medium firmness mattress, an attached bathroom and shower, a living room with 2 futons and a large screen tv. Main level is all shared space. I am pet friendly. If you do have a pet staying, please let us know. Same day and last minute bookings welcome.
Guest access
Upstairs is off limits. You can use the kitchen for cooking, but please clean up after yourself. All dishes, silverware, pots and pans are at your disposal. Guests can use the washer, dryer, and iron on the main floor bathroom for free.
Other things to note
There is a fire extinguisher in the bedroom closet. First aid kit in the basement dresser. There are space heaters in the basement as it does get cold down there. Please turn them off when you are not there, and keep them off the carpet to prevent a fire hazard.
