Close to High Point Furniture Market, Greensboro Coliseum and Aquatic Center, and Koury Convention Center, this home is perfect for business travelers as well as those looking for a golf getaway. Features a fully stocked, high end kitchen that seats 4 and adjoining Dining Room that seats 10 around a beautiful antique farmhouse table. The great room is open with plenty of seating, high ceilings, a full bar, and floor to ceiling windows looking out over the grounds. A covered back patio with a gas range and stereo/tv setup up that seats 8 is perfect for enjoying a meal or drinks when the weather allows. Three bedrooms, including the master suite feature a king size bed, and another bedroom featuring two twin beds sleep up to 8 comfortably. The master suite offers a large bathroom with a stone walk in steam shower and jacuzzi as well as a private patio. The outdoor grounds are the product of 12 years of custom design by the owner and gives the house a very serene and peaceful feel. Beautiful property! Lots of room to spread out. Very well equipped with anything you could possibly need! Only concern was not enough toilet paper for 8 business women. Beautiful quiet serene setting.

We’re outdoor people and having beautiful places to enjoy conversation and meals surrounded by lovely gardens and big trees-so very nice. Felt private. And the home itself-stunning. Ideal for gathering our households of adult kids under one roof and enjoy being in a spacious and beautiful place. Every window and door looked out upon lush views.

We shared this house with two families and really enjoyed out time together. We had plenty of beds and baths for everyone. We spent a lot of our time out on the back patio. The views of the golf course made it a relaxing space to hang out and enjoy everyone’s company. The showers had good water pressure and everything we needed to make the stay comfortable worked just fine. The living area is plenty large with lots of seating area. The huge dining table allowed us to have some other family members come over and have a dinner with our two families with plenty of chairs / table space for everyone. The living room had a ton of books, which I really enjoyed looking through some of them. What you see in the pictures is what you get, if you like what you see then you’ll enjoy your stay here. Just around the corner are a few restaurants, gas station, grocery store, etc. We thought overall this was a really cool looking house with great outdoor areas to relax and enjoy. Book it, you won’t regret it.
