Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.
Outdoor Amenities
No use of the hot tub, pool, or fire pit after 9 PM.
When using the hot tub, please keep kids feet clean
Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.
Outdoor Cushions:
Please help us to keep the cushions in good shape for the next guests. The cushions should be in the garage upon your arrival or they were kept outside to dry. Please put the cushions in the garage when you are not using them so they don’t get rained on. If we have a cover, please use the cover. If they are wet they should remain outside to dry. Thank you for your help here!
Trash
Please use the city trash cans located on the garage side of the house. Do not use any bins near the neighbors.
Landscaping & Hot Tub Service
Landscaping is scheduled for Tuesday, and hot tub cleaning is scheduled for Thursday. Please note that service days may vary.
Ceiling Fans
To operate the ceiling fans without turning on the light, please use the remote. Multiple fan settings are available.
Master Bedroom Tub
The jacuzzi feature in the master bedroom tub is not functional.
Indoor Fireplace
