The location is on point, great access to beach and restaurants nearby. However, the nightlife seems like its never ending. The night clubs have the techno music loud as most bars are all open concept with bars being so close to the condo sleeping with the windows open is very difficult with the music and drunk people walking around the streets / beach till 3am in the morning.

The place was Fantastic! It had everything we needed beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for the beach! Kitchen was well equipped and even though the ice maker did not work they left a bag of ice for us! furniture was comfortable including the beds! showers are beautiful with great water pressure. The location was Amazing!!! They also had 3 box fans so keeping it cool was easy 😁 I definitely recommend this property!!!

Very nice condo. Very convenient to Kono's for brreakfast and World Famous for dinner. Condo building is right on the water next to the Crystal Pier. Only issue is the extremely tiny MR Coffee brewer. Fortunately Glazed (next door) and Kono's have excellent coffee.
