Many rooms, big house, nice bbq facility, many toilets
Wifi and data poor in that area, sink is stuck(kitchen) and water flow into floor drain slow (toilet), but at the end we clear the dirty in sink and it able to flow normally, not a big issue

still need a little bit more furnitures but the bedsheets needed to be changed occasionally

Host is helpful and responsive. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. There is a beautiful mini garden right in front of the accommodation. Security guards at the entrance are friendly.
The accommodation is not well maintained, auto gate couldn't close properly, water heater only works in certain bathrooms not all bathrooms. Some rooms have mouldy smell.
