In the room there was light from outside in the night, only cold water, and floor not cleaned with water.

Location and staffs. If you want to go to the beach, you can reach it by just walking. The staff will handle your problem such as WiFi and toiletries.
Would be nice if you use shower for the bathroom. There was so many ants came down from the rooftop to our bed.
