Luxurious Black Bear Condo is just a short two-minute walk to The Silver Lake Lodge in Upper Deer Valley. The condo sleeps 6, has 3 full bathrooms, and is professionally decorated. Features a master bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed. Open area kitchen/family room is a great place to relax after a long day on the slopes!
The condo underwent some upgrades in the spring of 2020. There is newer carpeting throughout, fresh paint, new washer/dryer, ceiling fans, plumbing fixtures among other items. ALL 3 BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN COMPLETELY REMODELED SINCE SPRING 2023.
Ground floor provides easy access in and out without need for elevator. Access from garage requires one flight of stairs or quick elevator ride. 1 dedicated parking spot included with 7'6" clearance.

This condo is only a two minute walk (250 paces to be exact!) to Deer Valley's Silver Lake Lodge, ski lifts, ticket office, ski school, restaurants, and shops. The lodge has a year-round outdoor swimming pool, BBQ grill, community hot tub (in addition to the condo’s private hot tub) and exercise room. The lodge also provides underground heated parking and is located on the Park City bus route.

There were lots of things to do in the area. Property is very well maintained and host was very easy to deal with. Justin at check in was very helpful.

This is a very nice property. Well equipped and very convenient. It does not have air conditioning which usually isn’t a problem but on a couple of very warm days, it felt a little stuffy. The ground floor location offered easy access to the street where restaurants and activities were within easy walking distance. This property gets 5 stars from us!
