If you are only 2 guests I can close off the bottom bedroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, living room, kitchen and
bathroom with a tub and shower. Down stairs is a queen bed and a single futon bed ...Island living. You can walk or drive to Kailua town with restaurants and shops, or dine at home. We have beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards, for your day at the beach. The guests who have stayed with me for the past several years continue to come back and love the accommodations, Very clean, updated and fully equipped. It IS A TROPICAL PARADISE, COME AND SHARE THE EXPERIENCE .Aloha in Kailua... THIS IS A MINIMUM 30 DAY RENTAL.....ALL THE RATES ARE FOR 30 DAYS....

Almost any amenity/supply that you would need was there. Everything from shave cream to beach chairs and umbrellas. Appreciate the AC in the living areas.

Judy’s place felt like our Hawaiian home away from home. The location was perfect, a nice short walk to the beach, a just a quick bike ride to town and driving distance to everything you need. Judy welcomed us and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Judy is such a gracious host and we look forward to visiting again very soon! We already have another one of the books!

Lovely place, pictures don’t do it justice! The kitchen is great and has everything you need. Everything was very clean and the beds are comfortable. On the very few instances there was a problem Judy responded immediately to help. One thing to keep in mind is on the windward side everyone leaves their windows open so sound travels. I have 2 young, loud boys so this was a little uncomfortable for me, I hope we didn’t disturb her too much. We’ve rented other houses nearby with the concrete fence between the neighbors that may have been better than an Ohana/guest house in my particular case while the kids are young, so that’s just something to keep in mind. Overall everything was great!
