Beautifully furnished; 3 master bedrooms with large private baths(sleeps 6 adults), a cozy den, large family room and award winning kitchen; all of which open onto decks with spectacular views! Extra apartment is also available below for and extra fee and may be already rented to third parties! Please check! comfy outdoor furniture on back decks; front sitting porch overlooking a beautiful landscaped water feature with frog pond and fountain. Outdoor fire ring and sitting area. Wood provided! There are Plenty of places to relax, read a book, and meditate with the beautiful views! TV's located in family room; King Master bedroom and den; extra wi-fi Tv in sitting area off of Grand Master bedroom! Cable and Internet! Paved 2 lane road!Located within a 5 minute drive of Lake Chatuge with boat and jet ski rental available, and an assortment of restaurants and taverns, and a movie theater!Shopping, including grocery, apparel, and more restaurants within 10 minute drive. Also nearby is the Hiawassee Fairgrounds on Lake Chatuge with year 'round events including concerts, Mountain Fairs, and wine tastings. Very close to Young Harris College and Brasstown Valley Resort. Stayed at this amazing property for the Georgia Mountain Fall Festival 2nd week. Had my wife, daughter, daughter’s nurse, & our dog. House was amazing from the unlimited firewood, the calming waterfall/bubbling brook that ran underneath the ramp entrance to the front door, and then there’s the 2,700 ft elevation entry way that open up to views for miles down to and across the lake. Everyone had a perfect view no matter where you were in the house. Every evening & again in the morning, we were visited by deer & turkeys that would come up into the backyard or adjoining properties to eat off some corn from a pvc pipe tied to a tree or pick thru the grass. The whole house has massive bedrooms & huge bathrooms connected to each. We truly enjoyed the wrap around balconies that connect the top floor bedrooms & the dining/kitchen on the main floor. I’d say our number one thing was staying in a place that literally was at or above the clouds and the peace/serenity that came along with it.
