About this house rental
This is a gorgeous, light filled home located inside Northstar Resort, ideal for couples, families and gatherings. The property is just a few minutes away from Truckee and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Your backyard is the forest with beautiful pine trees and plenty of privacy.
It is super easy to the reach the slopes or Village dining. A free shuttle comes to your front door and picks you up. The ride takes a few minutes. You can use the same shuttle to come right back to the house at your leisure. You do NOT need your car when you are in this house to go to the village or town center.
In this house, you will find very comfortable beds and hot tub that backs up to a gorgeous forest, a washer/dryer, a large flat screen TV with an Apple TV, and more. No expense has been spared. The hot tub is nestled in the middle of the trees perfect for relaxing after skiing or hiking. Tompkins Memorial Trail is 20 yards away from the house! Additionally, a BRAND NEW AC system has just been installed as of August 2022!
Here's the bedroom configuration:
- Room 1: King Size bed
- Room 2: Queen Size bed
- Room 3: Queen Size bed
- Room 4: Queen Size bed
- Room 5: Queen Size bed
- Room 6: Two Twin beds
Master bedroom and the room downstairs each have en-suite bathroom. In addition, there is a full hall bath on the bottom level and a full hall bath on the top level.
You will have access to the Rec Center. The Rec Center provides guests with access to three pools (lap pool open year round), two hot tubs, dry saunas, fitness facility, game/arcade room, tennis courts, summer camps and clinics, bocce ball & basketball, nature trail, kids playground, massages, swim lessons and summer activities for daily guest fee. Free shuttles operate between Northstar homes and the Village center.

IMPORTANT NOTES: We have a one week minimum stay from December 22nd - January 8th, as well as for the week of Fourth of July. We have a 5 night minimum stay for ski week, which begins on Presidents Day. Any other holiday weekend not mentioned has a four night minimum. There is a three night minimum otherwise. With that being said, I am very reasonable and am more than happy to discuss dates with you if you are unable to meet the minimums for a specific reservation you have in mind. Please inquire!
Important: Owner is severely allergic to pets. So absolutely no pets allowed. There is no AC in this house. There are ample fans

*A damage deposit of $1000 will be held in your card used to book, for a period of 7 days, this hold will commence 2 days before your checkout
* We have a smoking-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in the House or in the common areas. If you smoke during your stay you must pay a 500USD fine.
* We love animals too, but unfortunately we cannot allow pets on the premises

What an outstanding stay! This house is one of the best our family has rented. Great location, ample space in the living room and dining area (a big plus with the large table and all the chairs), and all the rooms were comfortable and well-sized. We enjoyed how the house backed up to the trees. Excellent deck for relaxing and stargazing. Also, best in class stock of linens-bath towels, beach towels, blankets, dish towels. The little things do make the difference. Bora was an excellent host and very easy to work with. Highly recommend this house!

Incredible home with enough rooms to spend time with the family. Everything you need to have a great family vacation. Amazing views from the back of the house with lots of squirrels. We really love it! Definitely recommend this place! The host Bora was a great communicator and always willing to help. You wont be disappointed.

Our experience at 1122 Martis Landing was phenomenal! The house is centrally located to most restaurants, activities, and mountains. Martis Landing accommodated our group to 11 adults with absolutely no issues, plenty of space for all! Esther was great! She kept in constant communications and her hospitality was superb! Highly recommended rental, great location!
