Lisa was the most proactive host I’ve ever worked with. We got a friendly phone call welcoming us and she was easily accessible via text throughout our stay. If you have any issues, she is more than willing to send someone out. Wi-Fi was out in the area and she took care of communicating with them. The kitchen is huge with plenty of storage. There is a Keurig, 9x11s, cookie sheets and spices. Everything was immaculately clean with no chemical odors, & no artificial fragrance plug-ins.It is a 4 min walk to the beach, which was absolutely perfect for us with older kids that could go down whenever they wanted. You don’t need golf carts or bikes because it’s so close. When Nana wanted to go down, we just drove down and dropped her off.The beds are heavenly. After driving 13hrs I may have cried as I sank into it the first night. When you get to the beach, it is private to the right side but a very long stretch of public beach to your left. We never had trouble finding a place to set up and it was nothing crazy like I’ve heard about further west in 30ADefinitely eat at the donut hole, it was our favorite place to take our big family of 9! They make their own sourdough and it makes for amazing sandwich, sandwiches, & burgersPublix is 6 mins & very convenient. The house has boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas & even a wagon which was very handy. Make sure to ask ahead if you’ll need extra linens left. Washing machine is on second floor. We loved this beautiful home.

Excellent property and location. Had a wonderful vacation and stay here. Lisa was also very responsive and went above and beyond to take care of a few items that popped up along the way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
