HANG TIME ,,, a place to retreat, to entertain, to make new memories. This is a newly renovated beach house ( Feb 2025) You have views of the ocean from the second and third levels of this home. This location was carefully chosen in Inlet Beach, where the beaches are more uninhabited and access to sand is steps away, yet, close enough (2 streets over) to Rosemary and Alys Beach should you want to surround yourself with festive culture, restaurants, rooftop fiestas and "on the green" siestas! The home offers big open spaces, comfortable bedrooms, views of the Gulf of Mexico, rain showers in all King Bedroom en-suite baths and is a small stroll to the beach and steps to the pool, where watching your littles is almost a bit TOO easy! This tastefully decorated, custom home is located in an intimate boutique development just south of 30A, right next to Rosemary Beach. "Hangtime" is in a nine site enclave with a pool and 3 dedicated parking spots. The 3-story home boasts 2,600 square feet with a huge, vaulted ceiling top floor bonus room overlooking the back covered deck with tons of seating to take in the view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can stretch out with the 2 living spaces, one on the first floor and the other on the top floor. Each bedroom and living space offers a HD Smart TV and the home is WiFi enabled, making working remote an ease.

** The first floor offers an open-concept living space with fully stocked Chef's Kitchen loaded with all necessities, big farm sink as well as a Keurig and regular coffee maker. A Master Bedroom with King Bed, closet and bathroom with walk-in shower with rain-shower are also on the first floor.
** The second floor has another Master King Bedroom with stand-alone luxury bathtub as well as a walk-in rain shower and private porch. Also on the second floor, the 6-bed Bunk Room has its own connected bathroom and tub, closet and plenty of drawers for six. Keep tidy with our modern laundry room, featuring front-load washer and dryer.
** The third floor is the fun spot with a 3rd Master King Suite Bedroom, full bath with walk-in rain shower and a second living space off of the bedroom. You will also find an outdoor covered deck with Grill Center that includes a gas grill, fridge, where family dinners are a snap, with plenty of dining seating and patio chairs to take in the Gulf Views and Ocean Breezes.
Step out front and you can swim in the neighborhood pool shared with 8 other homes or walk the 1/5 mile to beautiful, quiet Inlet Beach, with no busy streets to cross. Hangtime has an outdoor shower as well. Take the beach chairs, beach toys, beach wagon available to you on the short stroll to the beach. You'll feel right at home here, we've tried to think of everything, so you come back again and again.

The house was clean and a great layout for 3 families. The kids enjoyed the bunk room. Host was very responsive. The house is also easy walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. You never have to get in your car! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved Hangtime! The property was perfect for our family. It is close to everything, had an abundance of chairs, beach toys, wagons etc. and is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We are already planning our next trip to Hangtime! By the way, Jill is great to work with and very attentive to your needs.

Second year staying at this property. Last year was great, but this year the outdoor furniture on the third floor was changed out for cheap uncomfortable / unusable furniture that ruined the outdoor space. This was unfortunate because this is where you want to spend your time with the family for sunsets and after dinner conversation. The VRBO photos shown for the property still show the original nice furniture that has been removed. We ended up buying (4) lounge chairs from ACE Hardware and used those on the balcony to get us through this trip. Other than that, this is a good house and location.
