Likes: nice overall look and clean in common areas. Easy check-in, decent coffee, hot water in shower. Modern decor. Free parking. Per night price was reasonable.
Dislikes: dirty sheets on bed with brown spots ☹️ trundle bed sheets appeared to have urine stains on the fitted sheet. The refrigerator froze every single thing we put in it. The breakfast wasn't too great. Sausage tasted weird, and they use powdered eggs. For the first 2 nights, there were ladies sitting in the hallway until 1 am , talking like they were the only ones there.
There are too many quirky small things that were a big deal after a couple of days. Did not like the bright bathroom light right in front of the bed when in use, and you are trying to sleep. Only 1 side of bed with outlet/USB. You have to insert your room key card in a slot on the wall to get the living area lights turned on and then they only stay on for a few mins so we had ro keep inserting the key. Also, they were out of a ton of stock for snack purchases. During our 4 day stay, it was never restocked.
I sound super critical, and I have never left a hotel review. This place needs to work some quality issues out. I'm never going to stay at a Springhill Suites on future travel-I just expected more from a Marriott property.
