Enhanced Cleaning recommended by WHO/CDC have been implemented. After thorough cleaning with soap, all surfaces will then be disinfected. All touch points will also be disinfected. (Key pads, door knobs, light switches, faucets, toilet flushes, garbage cans, remote controls, cabinet knobs ) . There will be a minimum of 1 day vacancy between booking to allow ample time for cleaning and disinfecting.
Ekahi Village 9C is in the Lower Village just 200 feet from the ocean front pool and pavilion. It is a quiet location away from road noise. 9C is a second floor unit with a large Lanai with beautiful views up the Green Belt as well as a Partial Ocean View.
A complete renovation of this property has just been completed in June of 2019 . It is a High End Remodel that has been Elegantly Furnished. The spacious bedroom has a King bed with 34 in Smart TV and a Split System air conditioning handler. The living is furnished with a a sofa sleeper, two Lazy Boy Leather Recliners, 55 in Smart TV, Boise wireless sound system.
There's plenty of space in the living room and dining room to relax and read, enjoy a good meal, watch television, listen to your favorite music. The Ekahi 9C kitchen is fully equipped. This place is in a great location. Easy access to the Main pool and Beach. The Condo has everything you want and/or need.

Property was nice and close to beach and pool, but does not have a true view of ocean. Too many nicknacks around the condo. Also owner controlled the air conditioner because "she didn't want a large electrical bill", so the condo was way too hot in afternoon and evening. Specifically, the AC thermostat is locked at a high temperature, the remote to control it is locked away, the thermostat is not adjustable by guests, and the AC system is on a 4 or 6 hour timer (so it shuts down before you return from daily activities). For as much as one pays per night, one should be able to control the AC in their unit. Controllable-thermostats is standard hotel-practice at any price-point. This is the problem with renting from VRBO: too many owner inconsistencies and idiosyncrasies.
