About this house rental

Light and Bright open floor plan with great room and expansive windows and water view. Ideal location with morning sun and afternoon shade. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the large deck with jacuzzi, gas BBQ and outdoor stereo system looking out over quiet bay. Private 36' U dock for boat parking, 2 paddle boards, paddle boat and rafts for relaxing in bay after full day on the water. Great fishing right off the dock or hop in the boat for a full day of it. Then come home to a 42" switch operated, efficient fireplace that is instantly hot with a flip of a switch- warm & easy. Fully stocked kitchen amenities & appliances. 60" smart TV in great room and 42" smart TV in master w/ wireless internet. No local TV channels but over 100 channels provided through smart TV. 2 King bedrooms & 3rd room has 2 bunk beds. Converted garage w/ ping pong table, additional refrigerator and stereo system for game night! Our home is about 15 minutes from fast water. Not wheelchair accessible and no pets allowed.

We stayed in this property for four nights and had an amazing time with our friends and family for a boating weekend and birthday. Property is exactly as advertised, very clean and everything you need is there. The sound system works throughout the house, backyard, and garage and we used it the whole time while we were hot tubbing and playing ping pong in the evenings.

Perfectly located property for us as our son lives on the same street with his family. Amy was responsive to inquiries on amenities available at the property. We had a great time and the house was as described and very clean. There was plenty of room for our boat to be docked and everyone to jump off and swim. The owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and responded quickly to any questions we had. The kitchen and house was stocked with everything that we needed. The home was better than advertised! The photos on the listing do NOT do it justice, looks better in person! It was very clean/cozy and had all the comforts of our own home. Newly renovated with all the fun amenities to enjoy the water or an indoor family game night. Well stocked with all the home/bath necessities all that was needed was our clothes and food for the week! Quaint and quiet neighborhood, with restaurants and grocery store near by. We will most certainly be back :)

Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend. Pros: location, cleanliness, spacious home, organization is perfect (everything labeled with a spot), entertainment great: paddle boards, ping pong table, hot tub, u-shaped boat to accommodate two boats. The only Con that our families agreed on, was the queen bed, in bedroom 2 could use updating, it’s squeaking and uncomfortable. However, We fixed this issue by going out and purchasing a mattress topper for extra cushion. With that being said we would still love to comeback and stay again!

House was nice! View was lovely, owner was friendly. Boomer neighbors loved to get drunk and blast a variety of music well into the night on weekends. 😬 Not the renter’s fault, but hard with kids! Cool shower in the master bathroom and beautiful floors. House was stocked well enough for a weekend, but we had to bring a lot of stuff since we were there for a few months! If you want a nice rental on the water and don’t mind a bit of noise at night, this is the place for you.

This is a nice property, kinda far from fast water but nice quite neighborhood. I’m in a wheelchair and felt like the owner had issues with someone disabled staying in their house. Kinda felt discriminated against by owner do to being disabled.

The property was perfect for our group size of 5 adults. We sat out on the deck each evening and enjoyed the view. The kitchen and BBQ worked out great. Although the spa was working, we didn't find time to enjoy it after spending most of the day out on the boat. I would highly recommend this property for family and friend gatherings.

Single-level floor plan is great, no stairs to climb! The house is bright and airy and open, lots of space to spread out in the main living/dining room. The sun gets very bright during the day so if you are working at the dining table, might need to pull down the shades a bit; my kids were doing virtual classes during our stay, talk about vacation view =) There's a desk/chair set up in the master BR that's convenient for remote work to separate us from the kids. The bunkbeds BR is perfect for kids, we don't have bunkbeds at home so it's a fun change. The cove has nice calm waters, we were there during the week so it was relaxingly quiet. Pedal boat was great to have for our kids to use for fishing in the cove, though no luck catching fish this time. If your kids are into fishing, might want to check when the fishing season is at peak for better luck. They also had a blast on the SUPs! Amy is great with communication and easy to reach. Check-in/out instructions were clear and on a printout in the kitchen. And I love the flooring =) Thank you for a fun stay!

Pictures don't do it justice in our book. The main room was huge and perfect for kids to play in and same goes with the deck (completely enclosed and safe). Getting our boat there was easy and we loved taking the big Paddle boards out on the water. Nothing like a warm evening hanging out down by the water. All the bedrooms are a good size as well, the master in particular is huge.

Beautiful water front home in Discovery Bay Ca. This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. This home has everything you need as you just walk down a few steps from the house to your boat, they have a jacuzzi on the deck where we watched the sunset every night. They offer paddle boards and a paddle boat. The home is just a 60 minute drive to Napa so we spent one day wine tasting. I would highly recommend this home to everyone. The owners are amazing and very easy to work with. Thank you Amy we will be back next year.

It was the general consensus of our family that this was one of the best vacations that we have enjoyed in several years. Amy made it perfect and was so delightful to work with. The home is well equipped and has all the amenities one would want. The deck with dinning table under canopy and a mister was enjoyed by all with a commanding view of the water. A short walk takes you to the dock that had space for our families 2 boats as well as Amy's paddle boat and our Relaxation Station 12x12 float that the kids played on. Fishing was good and the water warm. A short boat ride to fast water and a day of perfect wake boarding/skiing/tubing with little traffic during the week. High point was lunch at Union Point. Kitchen was very adequate to host a large dinner party, which we did. We definitely will return. Thank you Amy.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The living room is huge and able to accommodate all of us when we weren't on the water or hanging out on the deck. The only downside is that the house is a tad far from the fast water..but honestly, after the first day, it didn't even bother us. All in all, there were plenty of things for everyone to do whether it was fishing, standup paddle boarding, Jacuzzi, wakeboarding, tubing, you name it.

Every year my wife and I rent a spot for the family to gather. (10 Adults). Since we live all over the state we try to find a place easy to get to. We've rented all over as a result. This Thanksgiving we went to Amy's place on the Delta (our first visit there) and had a blast. The house was exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy, just comfortable and casual. Even though it was the end of November the weather was nice & it meant the whole area was a lot quieter than I imagine it would be in summer. The house has all the elements you need, especially if you are self-sufficient and are pack-in/pack-out travelers. As other reviewers have mentioned Amy was so easy to work with and very responsive. What we look for a "great" room, outside space, plenty of parking, access to recreational water, cleanliness and friendly owners. What we want the most is the house to be what they say it is in their ad. That doesn't always happen. This had all of that! We never left the house. I highly recommend it & would love to come back! We have been going to the Delta for many years and usually we stay at a hotel and dock our boat at the marina. This year, we stayed at the property during Labor Day weekend and was able to dock our boat right outside the house! It was so beautiful, easy and convenient. We didn't have to leave the property except for groceries. Amy was awesome and helped/responded to any questions I had. The checkin/check out process was smooth and her directions for amenities use were easy to follow. The neighbors were friendly. The house was clean and towels were provided. I would definitely recommend staying here next time you want to enjoy discovery bay.

Best Vacation Spot at the Delta!

My family and by boyfriend's family stayed at this beautiful home in Discovery Bay one of the last weeks of August this year. It was a vacation we will never forget! We spent our mornings waking up to a beautiful view of the water enjoying coffee on the large deck, our afternoons on the boat wakeboarding on glass water, then returning for some floating by the dock with cocktails in the afternoon. At night time we took advantage of the BBQ.. The sun set behind us so we never were too hot staring into the sun. It was the perfect place to relax and escape for a week, but still have all the modern amenities such as a full kitchen and wifi! I would recommend this home to anyone looking to have a memorable vacation! I can't wait to come back and visit next year.

We just spent 5 days in this amazing and beautiful home. This was our first trip to Discovery Bay and we had no idea what to expect. We had 10 people including a 5 1/2 month old, 2 year old, and a 7 year old. It was perfect for any age. The home was clean and spacious with a beautiful view and was well stocked with everything you would need. It was great having our boat right on the dock and would just jump in and head to the fast water or just swim and hang out right there by the house. Amy is so friendly and is available to answer any questions you may have. We are talking about another trip next year!

went there on a father son fishing vacation there was 6 of us in total the house was great beautiful set up the pictures don't do it justice would definitely go back Amy was very nice with me and easy to deal with.If anything she should retake some of the interior pics because the house looks so much better in person.Thank You Amy for letting a bunch of fisherman use your beautiful home!!
