About this apartment rental
Only a few meters from the Baltic Sea beach is this wonderfully located holiday apartment in the seaside resort Rerik.
The apartment is practically furnished and offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. You enter the apartment in the living / dining area with an open kitchen. In addition to the sofa bed with TV / DVD, there is also the small balcony with a small table and seating. From the balcony you have a perfect view of the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff. With the fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, small oven) you can design the self-catering as you wish. The charming apartment is completed by the shower room and the bedroom. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (1. 80 x 2. 00 m, continuous mattress) and a wardrobe with 2 chests of drawers. The apartment is ideal for 2 people or a small family with a child. A cot and high chair complete the equipment on request free of charge.
WiFi and a parking space directly at the property are also available free of charge. There is a common room on the ground floor of the house where you can park bicycles.

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten die wir dem Vermieter selbst übermittelt haben da sie nicht gravierend waren ist es eine hübsche und super gelegene Fewo. Super Blick auf das Meer und das Salzhaff. Auch das Entgegenkommen der Vermieter war sehr vorbildlich.
Das einzige Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation. Es stellen sich viele Betreiber der Geschäfte einfach vor den privaten Parkplatz. Man muss echt rangieren.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel sind jedoch neu! Es hat an nichts gefehlt und der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr nett und kompetent!
Rundherum eine schöne Wohnung für zwei Personen mit einem sehr guten Service!
Rerik lädt geradezu zu ein paar erholsamen Tagen ein, auch bei Regen! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Parkplatz konnte, nach Hinweis durch Frau Lemke gut gefunden werden. Wohnung war im großen und ganzen sauber. Unter dem Sofa hätte allerdings noch etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden können. War aber alles o.k. Verbesserungswürdig wären folgende Punkte:
Sämtliche Desinfektionsspender waren leer. Es gab leider kein Reservetoilettenpapier, Müllbeutel auch nicht. Die Küchenausstattung mit Kochutensilien war ausreichend. Machte aber einen etwas zusammen gesammelten Eindruck. Die rechte Seite des Doppelbettes gab ziemlich laute Knarrgeräusche von sich.
In der vereinbarten Preislage sollte dann schon alles passen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder gerne nach Rerik. Die Gegend ist einfach wunderbar.
