About this apartment rental
This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo is located on the first floor of a serene luxury residence (Aqua Blu) less than 1 mile from the center of Sosua. It is a private, secured complex with only 10 units, boasting among the best ocean views in the North Coast.
The residence has its own private sandy beach, and an infinity pool. The condo is fully furnished and comes with everything you need: 3 TVs with satellite cable, air conditioning, ceiling fans, internet connection, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, 2 large bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms, large terrace just 50 feet away from the sea, 24h security and electricity etc… all located in a beautiful garden setting.
Full daily rates include all house charges (gas and water, taxes, condominium fees, gardening, security, garbage disposal, pool maintenance, internet connection, satellite TV subscription, private parking etc.) except electricity, which is billed by the Residence according to consumption.
A few house rules:
- The residence is not suitable for groups of men (if you need a guest-friendly accommodation, please contact us).
- No smoking inside the condo.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

For larger groups, other condos are available in the same residence (for example p4281680). Massive discounts can be offered during the low season, and according to other parameters (number of guests, duration of stay etc.).

A luxury small and quiet complex

We rented a beautiful luxury condo in Sosua directly on the seaside. Fabio took care of our management at the airport and our return. A representative was waiting at the airport.Fabio was available for any questions during our stay of 3 months. We highly recommend it for all your next vacation rentals. The layout of the condo was luxuriously furnished. Ceiling 14 feet cathedral, 3 bedrooms with king beds, 3 bathrooms, two balconies with ocean view, infinity pool, air conditioning, security 24 / hrs, high speed internet, TV with 1000 channels, concierge . .All conformed to what had been promised.
